East Greenbush Town Hall to reopen after ceiling collapse

East Greenbush Town Hall is expected to reopen Tuesday morning.
It was closed last Wednesday when the ceiling in the town clerk’s office collapsed.
No one was injured, but town employees were sent home until repairs could be made.
