Fake license plates big concern in Albany

Albany County Sheriff’s Deputies say they’re finding fake license plates nearly every day.

In fact, within the past week, sheriff’s deputies alerted NewsChannel 13 to a series of related arrests.

NewsChannel 13 rode around with an investigator on Friday as he looked for fake license plates. It didn’t take long at all to spot one.

Within the span of just two hours, Investigator Nathaniel Bray found at least five cars with either fake license plates, or no license plates.
