Glenmont arson suspect arrested nearly 2 years after fire

Bethlehem police have arrested the man they say started a fire in September 2020. They charged Brian Fogarty from Troy with arson, criminal mischief, reckless endangerment and providing a false statement.
Fogarty is accused of setting fire to a home on Quincy Court in Glenmont.
He was sent to the Albany County Jail without bail because of two previous felony convictions.
