Glens Falls man accused of raping 13-year-old girl

A Glens Falls man is behind bars after police said he had sex with a 13-year-old girl.

NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Post-Star report, 29-year-old Joshua Saddlemire is charged with felony second-degree rape.

Police say he is not accused of forcing the girl to have sex, but she is too young to consent.

Police also say he was acquainted with the victim.
