Glens Falls man facing animal abuse charges

A Glens Falls man is facing animal abuse charges.

William Dingman, 48, is accused of abandoning four animals at a home on Burch Road in Queensbury. The SPCA seized a dog, a pig, and two bearded dragons.

Police have charged Dingman with eight counts of animal abuse.
