A Glenville man is accused of stealing $60,000 from someone.
State Police say 40-year-old Jason Pigliavento stole the money from the bank account of a Scotia resident. They started investigating after that person had suspicious activity in their bank account.
Police discovered the victim was a client of the Schenectady County Adult Protective Services. They say the victim — who has a physical disability — knew Pigliavento.
He’s facing several felony charges.
