Humane Society looking for new home for abused dog

The Columbia-Greene Humane Society is looking for a home for a very special pup named Oreo.
They say she was found tied to a pole and crying in a mall parking lot in Valatie.
They discovered after an exam that she’s blind, her hearing is impaired, and her coat was so terribly matted that it caused her pain every time she moved.
The Humane Society says state police have arrested her owner.
