HVCC is offering free textbooks for the winter season

Students interested in taking a nine-day winter course at Hudson Valley Community College will have an added incentive this year. The school is offering free textbooks for students who sign up for the accelerated term.
The course is designed to help students get ahead on their courses during the break between semesters.
The school says covering the cost of the books is one way it can help students stay ahead.
