Judge meets with attorneys in Rensselaer County ballot fraud case

Judge Adam Silverman met with the attorneys for the Rensselaer mayor candidates Mike Stammel and Rich Mooney on Friday.

The mayor’s race still hangs in the balance, and the judge will have to decide which absentee ballots in question can be counted.

There is also a state police probe into how some of the absentee ballots were collected.
