Kentucky toddler forms special bond with garbage collectors

SOUTH LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Chelcee Page, her husband and their son Isaac moved to a South Louisville, Kentucky neighborhood in September.

Just days in, Isaac heard the noise of the garbage truck, and was instantly hooked.

He dragged mom outside to wave to the garbage men.

The simple wave that caught the eye of the man behind the wheel, Patrick Gullion. As you could imagine, he couldn’t help but notice a 2-year-old cheering him on.

Now he’s become a friend to the young boy.
