Log cabin destroyed in Hadley fire

A log cabin in Hadley was destroyed by flames Thursday night.

Video shows a fully-engulfed house. Initial reports from a witness to NewsChannel 13’s Mark Mulholland said the address was 1424 Hadley Hill Road. A woman, saying she was the daughter of the homeowner said the address is actually 1375 Hadley Hill Road.

A witness tells Mulholland that firefighters from several departments from Saratoga and Warren Counties were on the scene as of 9 p.m., and the homeowner is reported to be in Florida.

The witness adds there were no injuries.
