‘Love Your Block’ program created to fight Albany blight

Albany is teaming up with a new program to fight blight.

The effort is called "Love Your Block."

It aims to beautify spaces, foster neighborhood revitalization and inspire community driven change by providing grants.

The money goes toward minor repairs to front porches and stairs, and to transforming vacant and abandoned lots into vibrant green spaces.
