Man charged in connection with 2020 Albany homicide

Albany police have charged a man with second-degree murder in connection with a year-old homicide on Madison Avenue.

Darius Cokely, 21, is accused of stabbing Maurice Skeen, 22, in the torso back on March 13, 2020.

Skeen was pronounced dead at Albany Medical Center.

Cokely was sent to the Albany County Jail.
