Man pleads not guilty to Albany homicide

The man arrested in connection with a homicide in Albany is pleading not guilty.

Sean Pacheco from Watervliet was arraigned Monday morning.

He is accused of shooting and killing 35-year-old John Welcome of Albany.

Police say it happened around 2 a.m. Sunday morning on Central Avenue.

Pacheco is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
