Man pleads to manslaughter in 2020 Schenectady death

A 23-year-old man faces 22-years in prison, after he pleaded guilty to manslaughter in Schenectady County Court.
Marlone Oindo pleaded guilty in the death of Duane Todman, who was killed in May 2020 at the corner of Craig and Stanley streets in Schenectady.
The Schenectady County District Attorney says an eyewitness reported the incident as a "pistol whipping" that resulted in Todman’s death.
Oindo is scheduled to be sentenced on March 7.
