It appears there will soon be an indictment against the man accused of setting the fire that destroyed a building in Greenwich.

John Fox is accused of arson and reckless endangerment in the fire that tore through 126 Main Street on Sunday, February 6.

People inside were able to get out, and police say Fox jumped from a second story window after he started the fire.

The 38-year-old man was scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Greenwich, but according to the court, that was canceled because of "grand jury action being taken."

The reckless endangerment charge accuses Fox of acting with depraved indifference to human life.
