Meeting planned in Poestenkill on PFOA in drinking water

There is a community meeting on PFOA found in drinking water planned in Rensselaer County. It will take place at 7 p.m. at the Poestenkill VFW at 25 Veterans St.
It comes after the chemical was found in drinking water wells at the Algonquin Middle School, as well as some homes near there in Poestenkill.
Several community leaders will be at the meeting to answer questions.
