Montgomery County man accused of drunken driving twice in one week

A man from Montgomery County is accused of drunken driving twice in one week.
The latest arrest happened on Sunday around 1 a.m.
Police say Justin William Baumes from Sprakers was arrested for DWI.
Prior to that, on March 13, police say Baumes was involved in a crash on Main Street.
They say he was drunk when he hit a telephone pole.
He was ticketed and is due to appear in court.
