Montgomery County man facing charges in October car theft

A Montgomery County man is behind bars, charged with burglary and grand larceny.
The Montgomery County sheriff says Dylan Luke Sargeant of St. Johnsville broke into someone’s garage in the town of Root, and stole a car.
This happened back in October.
Sargeant was arrested Monday.
He was arraigned, and sent to the Montgomery County Jail.
