New Yorkers can fish for free this weekend

Gov. Hochul is encouraging New Yorkers to get outside and fish this weekend.
Saturday and Sunday are two of the state’s six free fishing days.
These are days where you can fish without a license.
However, all other fishing regulations are still in effect.
