The man who piloted his boat over a family on Lake George, killing an 8-year-old girl, has been denied parole.
Alex West went before the parole board seeking release from prison after serving almost five years of his 5 to 15-year sentence for manslaughter in the July 2016 Death of Charlotte McCue.
Charlotte’s family tells NewsChannel 13’s Mark Mulholland that West was told he’ll have to wait two years before he can go before the parole board again.
