ALBANY – A 23-year-old parolee was arrested in Albany.
Police say Isaiah Matos had drugs and a loaded handgun with him.
Police were conducting a home visit Tuesday night when they found Matos.
Police say he took off on foot, but was caught shortly after.
He’s was sent to the Albany County Jail.
