People in Albany digging out from storm
A man in Albany works to clear snow on Friday morning.[WNYT]
ALBANY – Even with snow still coming down at times, people in Albany were working hard on Friday morning to dig out.
NewsChannel 13 saw a few people walking through the storm – some snow blowing sidewalks.
Plows had trouble keeping up with the snow fall.
The intersection in front of the Palace Theatre gave some drivers trouble.
A snow emergency has not been declared in the city.
