WILTON – Police say two soft pretzels helped a Cohoes man commit a crime in Wilton.
They say 37-year-old Mark Hebert ordered the pretzels at Cumberland Farms on Maple Avenue on July 7.
As the clerk tended to his order, police say Hebert swiped $1,000 in lottery tickets behind the counter, then left the store.
He’s due in Wilton Town Court on August 10.
