The United States Postal Service is making some changes starting this Friday. They are part of a 10-year plan to tackle $160 billion in debt.
Among the changes, you will notice a longer delivery time for letters, packages and magazines traveling across the country. They will now take five days to arrive instead of three days.
Starting October 4, there will also be price increases to ship packages during the holiday season. Those increases range from 25¢ to $5.
