The Rensselaer County Board of Elections missed its deadline to choose any early voting sites in Troy.

The Rensselaer County Board of Elections is appealing a judge’s decision.

The judge told the county to pick a site for a polling place that’s more accessible for residents.

This, after state Attorney General Letitia James filed a lawsuit claiming people in Troy did not have adequate access to early voting sites last November.
