Albany officials cut the ribbon Monday on a new apartment complex in the Park South neighborhood.
Morris Place is a new 28-unit, multifamily apartment building located at 105 Morris Street.
The building was a key component of the area’s urban renewal plan.
The project replaces an apartment building that was found to be a public nuisance back in 2010.
Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan says this investment should give hope to every neighborhood in the city.
