A Schenectady man is facing DWI and weapon charges after a traffic stop in Saratoga Springs.
Police say 25-year-old Shamiek Shorter was driving drunk on Caroline Street early Sunday morning, with an illegally loaded semi-automatic pistol in his car.
Shorter was sent to the Saratoga County Jail on a $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
