A man from Schenectady is in the hospital, after a rollover crash in Bethlehem. While they were interviewing him, they say he punched one of the officers in the face.
According to police, 24-year-old Antonio Trivellotto was westbound on Delaware Avenue at a high rate of speed when he rear-ended another vehicle Saturday afternoon.
The impact pushed the other vehicle into a tree.
Police say Trivellotto kept going, but hit a tree and rolled over.
He left the scene, but officers say they tracked his footprints in the snow and located him on Canterbury Lane.
Police say charges are pending.
