Schenectady man charged with car theft in Albany County

A Schenectady man is accused of stealing a car in Albany County.
Justin Wells, 32, is under arrest.
The Albany County sheriff’s deputies were patrolling on Central Avenue early Tuesday morning, when they saw a pickup truck reported stolen in Coeymans.
Officials stopped the driver.
Authorities say Wells had multiple drug paraphernalia with him and was driving with a suspended license.
He’s in the county jail, pending arraignment.
