There’s a change of plea in a drunk driving case out of Fulton County.
Michael Telfer was in court to be sentenced on Monday, but before a sentence was imposed, he withdrew his guilty plea.
The district attorney tells NewsChannel 13 the case will now go to a grand jury.
Telfer is accused of driving drunk in June 2020 when he pulled into the path of a motorcycle on State Route 30A.
Brandon Lehr and Rachel Ortega were on the motorcycle and suffered serious injuries.
Lehr is a captain of the Gloversville Fire Department.
