Harold Jackson’s sentencing has been adjourned.

Jackson was convicted in January of first-degree rape and criminal sex acts. He was first convicted of those crimes at trial in 2016.

Appellate justices in Albany reversed Jackson’s conviction in October 2019.

During a retrial last summer, a jury found Jackson guilty again.

His sentencing will now be on April 8.
