Small businesses can apply for pandemic relief

Online applications to help your struggling business go live at 9 a.m.

Grant money worth $800 million is now allocated towards small businesses and their recovery efforts after the pandemic.

State Sen. Michelle Hinchey launched this initiative, hoping to remedy some of the burden small business owners faced when the pandemic hit.

This is for businesses with 100 or fewer employees and micro-businesses with 10 or fewer employees.

Businesses can get anywhere from $5,000 to $50,000 in pandemic-related costs.
