Stewart’s pulls application to build four homes on Stillwater hill

STILLWATER – Stewart’s Shops has decided to pull an application to build four homes on 30 acres of Snake Hill in Stillwater.

Stewart’s says the need for a 24-foot wide road is causing more construction and costs than anticipated.

Back in January, NewsChannel 13 attended a public meeting in Stillwater. People were split on the proposed development.

Some argued they want the hill – which overlooks Saratoga Lake – to stay undeveloped.
