Still no arrests in Schenectady homicide

SCHENECTADY – There are still no arrests in connection with a homicide in Schenectady last week.

Police now say the victim is 38-year-old Rasheem Cotman.

The Menands man was shot in a car that then got out of control last Wednesday night down Davis Terrace, slamming into a porch on 3rd Avenue.
