Troy Planning Commission to review newest plan for 1 Monument Square

TROY – The newest plan for 1 Monument Square in Troy will be reviewed by the city’s planning commission Wednesday night.
The prominent downtown site sits between River Street and the Hudson River. It used to be the home to City Hall.
Four prior proposals to redevelop the site failed because of various issues, including appearance.
