NewsChannel 13 salutes Navy RD2 Eugene Slavin of Hoosick Falls and Queensbury.
He served during the Korean War, and founded a chapter of the Adirondack Korean War Veterans Association.
He was also a manager at the old Grand Union Supermarkets.
