Glens Falls native and Syracuse grad Joseph Girard III is back in the Capital Region for his third annual Shooting Stars Basketball Camp. New York State’s all-time leading scorer and a former NewsChannel 13 All-Star, Girard is headed to Clemson for his grad season after playing for four seasons at Syracuse.
