The Albany Patroons staved off elimination with a 112-102 win over Shreveport in Game 2 of The Basketball League championship series on Wednesday night. Kameron Williams had a game-high 26 points for the Patroons in front of more than 2,000 fans at the Washington Avenue Armory.
