Fresh off an unexpected run to the title for Miss Shen Thunder Select at the USSSA 16 UB Nationals in Maryland, starting pitcher Katie Rhodes is our Spectrum Athlete of the Week. Rhodes, a pitcher for Burnt Hills during the high school season, was named tournament MVP for her team which finished in first place out of 70 teams. Photojournalist Justin Shumway has her story.
