Guilderland man facing child porn charges

A Guilderland man is accused of possessing child pornography.
Tufan Oner, 24, allegedly had images consistent with child exploitation, State Police said. His arrest followed an investigation stemming from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
State Police have arrested a Guilderland man on child pornography charges. This came after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Troopers searched Tufan Oner’s home on Tuesday, where he was arrested.
Oner was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Guilderland Town Court on Aug. 1.
