Halfmoon man accused of stealing $1,700 in merchandise from Home Depot

A Halfmoon man accused of stealing from Home Depot.

Daniel R. Jennings Jr., 33, allegedly took merchandise worth over $1,700 on Monday, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

Jennings was arrested and charged with grand larceny. He was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail. He is due back in Halfmoon Town Court at a later date.
