The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office say they arrested Victor J. Neglia, 62, of Hudson Falls following investigation into a two-car crash on Saturday in Moreau.
Officials responded to the scene on Bluebird Road around 8:40 p.m.
Neglia is accused of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, said the Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say he is also accused of failing to operate his vehicle on the right side of the road, and driving at a greater speed than what was reasonable, and not having regard to any potential hazards.
They say Neglia also refused to take a prescreen breath test when police requested it.
The driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash was taken to Glens Falls Hospital for evaluation and treatment of chest and back pain, said the Sheriff’s Office.
Officials say Neglia was charged with the following:

- Refusal to take a breath test at the request of a police officer
Neglia was released on appearance tickets pending further proceedings in Moreau Town Court.
