A local church is helping teachers stock their classroom with supplies.

Pastor Charlie Muller, of Victory Christian Church, is collecting supplies ahead of the first day back at school. He has organized a free teacher supply store stocked with backpacks, sports and musical equipment and other supplies.

The store is currently serving teachers in more than 30 schools across Albany and New York state, Muller said.
