Man accused of stealing from Walmart in Wilton, after having been banned from Walmart stores

Joseph E. Nunez, 50, of Lake Luzerne was arrested on Friday by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant by Wilton Town Court.
He is accused of stealing merchandise from the Wilton Walmart on March 22, 2025, after having been banned previously from Walmart stores, said officials.
The Sheriff’s Office says Nunez was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.
He was arraigned in Wilton Town Court and released to pretrial services, pending further proceedings.
