Man indicted in Menands slashing

A grand jury has indicted a 59-year-old for allegedly slashing a person in Menands back in 2024.
Jude Jacotin allegedly stabbed the person on May 2, 2024 on 35 Broadway Ave. The victim had been stabbed and slashed on the right side of his face, chest, right hand and lower leg.

Jude Jacotin allegedly stabbed the person on May 2, 2024, on 35 Broadway. The victim had been stabbed and slashed on the right side of his face, chest, right hand and lower leg, investigators said.
Jacotin pleaded not guilty to first-degree assault, attempted assault and second-degree assault. He was sent to Albany County Jail.
