Milton man arrested for assault and violating order of protection

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Hayden M. Jacobs, 34, of Milton on Wednesday following investigation into a domestic incident call from Tuesday.
Officials say they received an inactive domestic incident call at 3:45 p.m., that reportedly occurred on Crooks Grove Road in Milton, also on Tuesday.
Authorities say Jacobs is accused of intentionally injuring someone physically and violating an order of protection while doing so.
Officials add that the victim was treated at Saratoga Hospital for head, hand, thigh, and knee pain and discharged.
The Sheriff’s Office says he was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree assault.
Jacobs was arraigned in Milton Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings.
