New construction is set to begin in Albany with the goal of making transportation easier in the city. Some minor traffic issues are expected during construction, the city said.
CDTA is teaming up with the city for a new mobility hub on South Manning Boulevard, near the entrance of St. Peter’s Hospital.
The hubs help improve bus route connections, and provide comfortable waiting areas and safe pedestrian access.
Construction will begin on Monday. It is expected to last through the end of August.
