A fifth-grade class in the North Colonie School District got to try out a new sewing innovations lab.
The fifth-grade students were tasked to create a stuffed monster.
They had to use at least one button, two different stitching patterns and they learned how to thread their initials.
The students worked with teacher Paige Rossi to create their creatures.
