One of the four men accused of killing a man in the Pittsfield State Forest has requested to get a new lawyer.
According to our media partners at The Berkshire Eagle, Naquan Miller criticized his defense team in court this week.
His lawyers have asked to be released from the case, stating that communication between them and Miller was “irretrievably broken.”
Miller is facing charges in connection with the kidnapping and killing of Reymon Delacruz-Batista on December 4, 2021.
The court will now have to find and appoint a new attorney to represent Miller.
It is not clear yet if this trial will be delayed again.
